These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website, via email, or through any other communication channel with BridalWed (Guangzhou Biyige Wedding Dress Co., Ltd.). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.
2. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
Once you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. Final acceptance occurs when we begin production or ship your order.
For custom orders, we will provide a design confirmation including specifications, measurements, fabric, and color. Production will begin only after you have approved these details.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, or other methods as indicated on our website or invoice.
Full payment is required before production begins for custom orders and single-piece orders. For wholesale orders, a 50% deposit is required to start production, with the remaining 50% due before shipment.
4. Customization and Production
We take great pride in creating each dress according to your specifications. Before production begins, we will send you a final confirmation including all design details, measurements, fabric, and color. Production will commence only after your approval.
Throughout the production process, we will provide photos and videos of your dress(es) in progress for your review. We welcome your feedback and will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests and adjustments.
Any changes requested after production has started may be subject to additional charges or may not be possible.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
We will provide tracking information once your order has shipped.
6. Cancellations
Orders that have not yet entered production may be cancelled, subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the matter and work with you to find a fair solution.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Quality Guarantee
Every dress is carefully inspected before shipment. We are committed to delivering products that meet your approved specifications and our quality standards.
If there is an error on our part (such as incorrect measurements or fabric not matching your approved sample), we will take responsibility and work to resolve the issue, which may include remaking the dress or providing a partial refund at our discretion.
We do not accept responsibility for issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, designs, and logos, is the property of BridalWed and may not be used without our written permission.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or copy any content from this site for commercial purposes without our consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BridalWed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK
