We take great pride in crafting each wedding dress with care and attention to detail. Because every gown is made to order – whether for wholesale bulk production or a single custom piece – we do not offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun.
Our commitment is to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final product. Throughout the production process, we will provide you with photos and videos of your dress(es) in progress, so you can review and confirm the work at each stage. We welcome your feedback and will do our best to accommodate your requests and make adjustments according to your specifications.
However, due to the customized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any orders once they are in production or completed according to your approved specifications.
Production Confirmation
Before we begin production, we will send you a final confirmation including design details, measurements, fabric, and color. Once you have approved these specifications, production will commence. Any changes requested after this point may be subject to additional charges or may not be possible.
Quality Assurance
We stand behind the quality of our work. Every dress is carefully inspected before shipment. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue, and we will evaluate the matter and work with you to find a fair solution.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet entered production may be eligible for a partial refund. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the rare event that we agree to a return due to a manufacturing error, return shipping costs will be our responsibility. For all other returns, if applicable, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
